The fourth and final book of my YA science fantasy series, The Lakeside Adventures, now has a cover!
This cover was the easiest process out of the entire series, even though I used the same artist I had so much difficulty with last time. I have been playing around with the AI chatbots, though, so maybe I'm just getting better at making instructions clear and concise. In any event, I put in my order, and two days later I had a finished product that fits well with the covers for the rest of the series.
This fourth book, The Lakeside Kids and the Covert Conspiracy, is, again, very relationship intensive, as James and his friends enter their senior year at the Lakeside Academy of Magic and Advanced Technology. Fresh off saving the world, the friends enjoy their summers before becoming aware of a new crisis that threatens the very fabric of society itself. In addition to more friendship, romance, betrayal, fun new magics, computer wizardry, and the multiple points of view, this book sees the group of friends travel the world, exposing them to a variety of cultures.
